I represent the Quarrymen in the U.S.
I represent the Quarrymen in the U.S.

I met Len Garry at the Beatlefest in Secaucus, NJ in March 1997. A DJ friend invited me to attend. I had been producing concerts in Tarrytown, NY for a number of years.
Len was at this conference by himself, but was flogging a CD. I immediately recognized the Geoff Rhind photo on the cover, and got into a pleasant conversation with him. He told me to contact Rod Davis, and gave me his card, if I wanted to work with them.
So I contacted Rod, and through some miracles, I was able to organize the first ever tour of the U.S. for the QM to mark the 41st anniversary of the day Paul met John.
Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut wanted the very first date, and the Bottom Line in NYC wanted the actual anniversary date, July 6th.
I've brought them over several times since and am currently in the midst of organizing a tour for them this coming Sept/Oct. It will mark not only John's 70th birth date, but the release of the film, "Nowhere Boy".
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Cheers,
