My Favorite Beatles album is the White Album!

Those days I lived far away from England (Argentina) and it was difficult to get some news about them, no computers, not global world, we had for so many years military government and it was not allowed to have foreign magazines only the newspaper "The Herald".
I remember the first time I heard them, it takes place on a birthday, I was talking with a boy (I was 11), suddenly heard the first note of a song and I stayed frozen until the song end, it was amazing I could not believe what my ears were hearing, went towards the "Winco" in order to know who were the cool band, the record was still going round it was a 78 rpm and hardly red T-H-E-B-E-A-T-L-E-S, at the moment loved them, the song was "I Saw Her Standing There" and the year 1963.
We all were Beatles fans, boys and girls and if someone didn`t like The Beatles it was a martian for us.
Wonderful days, waiting for the next album or song and when it came up ... wowww !! Always better than the last one, they made me happy.
When The Beatles broke up the band I got angry with them and didn`t want to hear any singles any more but I had to because my neighbors were playing John Lennon or Paul all day long and then I realized that my favorite was always John, I didn`t know that because they were The Beatles and Paul was great too, but John`s songs are special to me.
Paul came to Argentina, I believe in 1996, with Wings and there was an Argentinian band (don`t remember the name) which played music before Paul and when Paul appeared on the stage gave thanks to the leader of the band and shake hands with him, the poor boy can`t believe that the great Paul McCartney one of THE BEATLES said thank you to him, it made him happy for the rest of his life, I think.
I was there, went with a friend who was in Paul`s house as a traductor in an interview.
THE BEATLES ARE THE BEST BAND FOREVER !!!
